ABC'S CLASS REUNION SUMMER 08'!

Hi there ladies! I'm back with an amazing collection of ABC Quilts that will literally knock your socks off! Check these out! These new quilters stood up with the rest of their classmates for a little "Show & Tell". Then they they headed back to get a picture (probably not realizing where it would soon end up), and proceeded to enjoy cake and other delicious refreshments!

Some got a pic with their classmates, but not everyone could make it that evening, so a few ladies got a picture all to themselves!
Is this huge or what. Marge decided to try a KING SIZE!

The Wilson's Crew Meets the "Designer Diamond"

Hey out there! The Wilson's Crew has been having some real fun down here in hot, muggy San Antonio,(I guess I spelled that right)Texas. Check out this AWESOME new machine from Husqvarna Viking, the "Designer Diamond". It has SO MANY NEW features that we can't wait to tell you about. The pics below show Bonnie with Sue Hauseman, two new embroidery cards, and Tonia with the new "Majestic Hoop" (350mm x 360)!

Wow check out some of these creations! Miss Pat used the Viking Embroidery Card, Thread Tapestry, on a black background. Stunning!
Jimmy took this Bargello quilt and appliqued fish. She also took the pearls from a broken neckless and they became bubbles.
I love when a quilt looks more like a piece of art. And Miss Ann did a wonderful job with this wall hanging!
We also have two new fabric lines in this past week. Moda's At Waters Edge, a nice old-thyme look.
Moda's Simplicity, a great bright spring line.

A Quilters Husband

So we had this customer come in the other week, and she brought her husband with her. =) Don't you just love the embroidery on his shirt!

Really Cool Stuff!

Miss Shirley made this monster size Wedding Star quilt for her son!
The quilt is paper-pieced and takes some time to do, but Shirley's turned out so pretty! Good Job, Shirley!
Miss Beverly finished her Watercolor Star! Sorry my only picture is blurred but I've got some close ups =)
She loaded this wall hanging with quilted embroideries! A swirly one in the corner.
And Endless Hoop designs on the borders! Wow!
The Wilson's crew is embroidering a new design off a brand new Pfaff card! Windows of the Season.
Its a new Grand Dream Hoop card. It is 13" wide!
The idea is to put your embroidery in a window frame & it looks like your looking through the window at the great snowy outdoors!

Snow Day!

So Tuesday we had a "snow day"! Our classes were canceled because of the snow & ice. We had a few brave custermors who visited, but for most of the day we girls had time to play! =)
Joy finished piecing her Crazy Patch quilt and is now quilting it!
Kathy and I put Vikings new card, Thread Velvet, to the test. And it is beautiful! Its not a finished project yet, but right now we are thinking tablerunner!
